So for the record I put my hand in first to make sure it wasn't, like, actually burning.

I promise. If I'd gotten hurt I wouldn't lie to you. It felt warm, but - in a nice way? And when I was inside there was a figure there who looked like they were made of flames, and I asked if they were the person I was communicating with a moment ago. They said yes.

They called you in, with the light friend, am I understanding it right? Why?

I'm not sure, but... I think they want us to talk again. They said the inside of the fire was their hiding spot, but if I lit a fire where they could go, they'd find me again. And that they could go to "a place made for them". When I asked whether we could bring them to one of the cabins, I'd have to try in order to find out if it would work. They said they wanted to come sooner rather than later.

[ The panic has mostly subsided to curiosity, though when Phoenix lowers his hand down its to take Gingham's. Free hand going for a drink as he thinks. ]

"Where they could go," if you found them here... That must mean in Sun Sign's cabin. There's all that talk of something watching over us in cabins and that they're - old Legends? I tried talking to ours.

If they can communicate with us, it's probably here.

[takes his hand easily, giving a squeeze]

Yeah. I've been thinking maybe I should try it in the cabin sometime? I'd want to make sure it was safe, though.

I'm not sure there's a way to make sure it's safe.

To be fair I would probably have the same reaction if you told me the same thing, so - fair enough. But I promise I would've told you earlier if anything bad had happened.
