[ On Day 274, there will be a box outside of Sun Sign's door labeled Gingham that is roughly 12x12 in size and heavier than looks. When opened the first thing he'll be met by is a polaroid camera and then a thin, long smaller box. Inside that is paper to take pictures with, some colorful writing pens, stylized tape (with bright stars and happy suns), and three sheets of stickers: one, cute baby dragons, the second smiley quokkas, and the third cute hedgehogs doing fun things. ]
[ Lifting up the box of supplies will show a book with a sticky note placed on top: In case you wanted to start collecting your own happy times. He can either read the sticky-note first or ignore it, but the book itself is: ]
[ A thick handmade leather binder with a wrap around front. The main leather of the book is a dark black-green with the centerpiece being an orange star. When the open end is pulled over the book, it half covers the star and the design over the star portion turns into seamlessly into an orange-red dragon design. Once opened, the inside itself is a stylized binding that can open/close easily to change or remove pages as needed. The pages themselves are made to appear warn and are brownish-tan and color, the edges are a similar deep black-green as the front cover. Each page shows no actual wear and are similar to heavy card stock, very durable.]
[ Outside of the book itself, it seems the culprit has also taken the liberty of starting this book. ]
[ The first page is blank, but drawn with little stars and suns every where. The center part of the page is written in erasable marker, "here's a picture of boat Sun Sign if I had one". It seems it's very clear what they think should go first. ]
[ The second page isn't empty and instead has two photos slightly overlapping each other: The first from the first dance Jewel held of two boys together that's captioned, "Still the most attractive person on the ship." and the second from a polaroid itself. Similarly positioned, it's another dance that Jewel held. There's no captions here, but the trim of the page does have cute bunnies playing together and rubbing noses so that counts as something, right? ]
[ The next two pages are different and are clearly pages the culprit thinks the other wouldn't put in here (or necessarily knows exist): One picture is familiar and is a soft, simple moment of Gingham relaxing and watching a movie. Moments like this are my favorite. There's a picture taken at the right moment of a smile captioned, Lighten up? No, you light up ☆. A picture sneaked on a hill under the stars as they stargaze (the culprit is also not this one). The night sky couldn't even. And a couple more follow in similar styling. ]
[ The next pages after that are solidly empty of pictures, but there are doodle designs that dot the pages here and there. Bunnies and stylized stars are on most in some form, but there are also others - cats playing or riding broomsticks, a dog with a bone, hedgehogs on bellies, etc. Every page has at least one doodle in the corner, but that's it. There's nothing more, so it'd be easy to mistake that this is the end of the book. ]
